Amazing company!!!! Debbi and her team came out the same day to look at my water issues/damage. They had all my issues addressed and fixed within a timely manner. Definitely recommend them!! If I ever need any kind of remediation I will be calling Aftermath Technologies ASAP.

I’m very happy with my serviceman, Ray! He came before the appointment time and once he saw the problem with my back door issue, he immediately knew the issue. He was very through in his diagnosis and repair requirements. I bought the door from Home Depot. Their contracted installer did a very sloppy job on the installation. So Ray was very helpful in his explanation of the problem and fixed it perfectly! I have a special needs son and it’s so important that the door is working properly and Ray totally understood the problem and fixed it. I’m so happy with not only the service but the performance as well. Having a year warranty of the work is well worth the money for the job performed. I highly recommend Ace Handyman and will contact them again for future jobs….especially to have Ray come back out. He’s very knowledgeable, does great work, has integrity in his work, very detailed, and the outcome is a job well done! I can’t thank him and Ace Handyman Services enough. Also the scheduler was great!! She was very helpful to get me on the schedule quickly without having to wait several days to get my issue fixed….so overall great experience! Highly recommend them!!!!

We had several drywall repairs needed after having some extensive plumbing work done. Ray was great! He was so professional, explained everything to me, kept my budget in mind, and is overall just really great at what he does. You literally cannot see where he repaired our drywall. He also noticed my front door wasn’t shutting correctly and offered to fix it for me while waiting on some mud to dry, he worked on it a few minutes and no more issue! We will definitely be calling Ray back for any future work we need done around the house!

The crew at Choctaw are very sincere and very helpful. In my case, my leak was small enough (about 3 gallons of water) that they walked me through the steps to dry out the carpet, wood, and drywall on my own. It was obvious to me that they weren't trying to sell me something that I didn't need and they just want to be helpful. If the time ever comes that I have more severe water damage, I'm definitely going to call these guys!

I have never met a crew that was as efficient, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate as this team. From the day I met John and his crew, I have never felt so cared for as I have with these gentlemen. They have gone above and beyond the beyond to take care of the issues in my ancient house. The only reason I give one star is because you can't give zero. I would advise anyone looking for a central air system to NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My experience with Dr Cool Professor Heat has been a complete nightmare. They did not honor their estimate and didn't let me know until after they had already installed the system. Then there was damage to one of their lines and they refused to repair it under warranty. This happened in less than one month. The technician was totally rude and ran over my trash can while speeding off and never stopped. I In my opinion these people took advantage of me, a senior citizen, and it cost me $2000.00 over their estimate. In my opinion this company is not the one to use. Also, I was told that they paid for good reviews. I don't know if this is true but by the way I have been treated I choose to believe it. Also, I forgot to mention that they ripped my ceiling out to install the system and I believe this is how the damage was done, BY THEIR TECHNICIAN!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE. The response Dr Cool sent was mostly lies. I never said that I needed someone to blame, they told me to blame the contractor, I flat out told them that it was their fault. They never talked to my wife, it's a lie. They talked to me and I told them I was out of town and I would ask my wife to look around. Like a 68 year old disabled lady can look around in the attic. The review is totally fair. They even lied and said they had a recording of their conversation with my wife, I SAY PRODUCE IT!! And as I said my contractor repaired Dr Cool's damage 22 days ago also. YOU PEOPLE CAN BELIEVE WHAT YOU WANT BUT MY ADVICE IS USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY. This one will say anything to be right. CAN'T BE TRUSTED, in my opinion

Just like any company, there are going to be issues. When the tech came out there was a communication issue. When we called the office they responded in a quick manner. I spoke to a supervisor who addressed the issue. They called me and scheduled an appointment to remedy the issue. You can't ask more then that. I recommend them.

After getting 4 estimates for a complete HVAC upgrade including all Duct work in the attic( I had 5 scheduled but when Trevor from Morrow Mechanical showed up and saw he there were other HVAC Companies giving me estimates, He stated" this is not our kind of job"(?!) and left), I felt Dr. Cool was the Company that I was willing to trust to do the job the most professionally with superior products. In the end they exceeded my expectations and I now have a 100 percent efficient System that is fully Warrantied for 10 years. Thanks to Devin for building value in Dr. Cool Professor Heat and convincing me of his ability to meet all my concerns on this Project and a big shout out to JR and Jimmy who did one of the cleanest installs I have ever seen. If you need anything HVAC related, you would be remiss if you didn't give this Company an opportunity to help you.
